One platform forevery shift, nurseand patient.
Xari designed and built Navi Nurses' operations platform end to end — a web console for coordinators, a mobile app for nurses, real-time messaging, and the backend that ties scheduling, billing and documents together.

The whole stack, one team.
Navi Nurses needed more than a scheduling tool. They needed a system of record for patients, providers and staff, a way to fill shifts fast, and billing that follows the work automatically. Xari owned product design, architecture, development and cloud deployment across all four applications.
- Web console — patients, providers, staff, schedule, billing, documents, reports and messaging in one place.
- Nurse mobile app — claim, confirm and run shifts; chat with the team; get alerts on iOS and Android.
- Messaging service — direct and group conversations that stay in sync across web and mobile.
- Backend & integrations — a single secure API behind everything, plus payments, CRM sync, email, SMS and push.

Filling a shift used to take a phone tree.
Coordinators matched nurses to visits by text and phone, tracked credentials in folders, and rebuilt invoices from timesheets at month-end. Every hand-off was a place for something to slip. The brief: replace all of it with one platform that nurses would actually open — and that the back office could bill from without re-keying anything.
Six things the platform does every day.
Scheduling & shift fill
Build a shift once, then let the platform invite the right nurses in order of preference and widen the pool automatically until someone claims it.
Patients, providers & staff
One record per person: care plans, credentials, contacts, preferred zones, employment details and history — with CRM sync so sales and care stay aligned.
Billing that follows the work
Completed shifts flow into a billing queue, become invoices in batches, and respect client rates, shift pricing and holiday pay without manual math.
Documents & credentials
Certificates, medical records, contracts and policies with categories, tags, expiry dates and archive — linked to the nurse, patient or staff member they belong to.
Messaging across web and mobile
Direct and group conversations with attachments, reactions, replies and online status — the same thread on a coordinator's desktop and a nurse's phone.
Notifications on every channel
Rule-based alerts for new shifts, changes, availability and conflicts, delivered by push, SMS, email or WhatsApp — each person chooses their channels.
Two front doors. One secure core.
The web console and the mobile app talk to the same backend and the same messaging service, and every user signs in once with a single identity across all of it. Actions are audited, files live in encrypted cloud storage, and payments run through a PCI-compliant provider — so the client never has to reconcile two versions of the truth.

Before this platform, filling a shift meant a phone tree and a spreadsheet. Now our coordinators post it once, the right nurse claims it from their phone, and billing follows without anyone re-keying a thing.Jason, Navi Nurses
